PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a silk having high antibacterial properties at a low cost in a short time.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing an antibacterial silk comprising: a treatment (surface modification treatment) where a silk with a prescribed shape subjected to de-sericin treatment is contacted with a solution where thiocyanate ions are present, thus the shape is substantially maintained to surface-modify the same a treatment (heat treatment) where the silk after the surface modification is heat-treated and a treatment (second water washing treatment) where the silk after the heating is water-washed, in which the water washing is performed in such a manner that the disinfection active value (log) to the colibacillus of the silk after the water washing reaches 0.8 or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】 低コストと短時間で、高い抗菌性を有するシルクを製造する。【解決手段】 抗菌性シルクの製造方法は、脱セリシン処理された所定の形状のシルクを、チオシアン酸イオンが存在する溶液に接触させることにより、前記形状を実質的に維持して表面改質する処理(表面改質処理)と、前記表面改質後のシルクを加熱する処理(熱処理)と、前記加熱後のシルクを水洗する処理(第二水洗処理)とを含み、前記水洗は水洗後のシルクの大腸菌に対する殺菌活性値(対数)が0.8以上となるように行う。【選択図】図1
