The present invention relates to a pet harness having an upward support for a leash, which prevents the leash from being caught by legs of a dog when the dog is made to go on a walk or do exercise. More specifically, the pet harness comprises: a support-coupling member disposed in the upper part thereof； a support-coupling means disposed in the upper part of the support-coupling member； and an upward support for a leash mounted on the support-coupling means. In an embodiment, the upward support for a leash is formed on the support-coupling member to be integrated with the same.
