A prolonged release multiple unit dosage form, preferably pellets, of cysteamine, cystamine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, preferably cysteamine bitartrate, with a non gastro-resistant coating is described. The dosage form is particularly indicated for the administration to patients once or twice a day and it can be used also for pediatric administration.L'invention concerne une forme posologique à unités multiples à libération prolongée, de préférence des pastilles, de cystéamine, de cystamine ou d'un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celles-ci, de préférence un bitartrate de cystéamine, avec un revêtement non gastro-résistant. La forme posologique est particulièrement indiquée pour l'administration à des patients une fois ou deux fois par jour et elle peut également être utilisée pour une administration pédiatrique.
