The invention relates to a combination including at least (i) fisetin or one of the derivatives thereof, and (ii) docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) or one of the derivatives thereof, to be used for the treatment and/or prevention of disorders associated with bone loss and/or with an imbalance in the ratio of bone formation to resorption.
