Human drowsiness is caused by underlying diseases such as sleep apnea syndrome, and others are not. Whatever the cause, drowsiness caused by the driving of the vehicle, for example, can cause serious accidents that compromise human lives. For that reason, techniques to prevent accidents and ensure safety by analyzing the drowsiness level with high accuracy are required. In order to solve this problem, a drowsiness level determination device for calculating a drowsiness level of a living body based on a deep portion temperature in the periphery of a living body and a surface temperature is provided.ヒトの眠気には、睡眠時無呼吸症候群のような基礎疾患によって引き起こされるものと、そうでないものとがある。いずれの原因によるものであれ、車両の運転中などに引き起こされた眠気は、人命を損なう重大事故を引き起こす場合がある。そのため、高精度に眠気度を分析して対応することで、事故を防止し安全を確保する技術が求められている。この問題を解決するために、生体の末梢における深部温度および、表面温度に基づいて生体の眠気度を算出する眠気度判定装置を提供する。
