PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple-configuration, excellent-durability, easy-to-handle, easy-to-mass-produce, and economical thickness adjustment device for a lubricant layer in a prefilled syringe, adjusting the lubricant layer to a desired thickness, allowing accurate and rapid adjustment work, allowing easy adjustment of an inflation (diameter enlargement) amount of a central portion of an elastic tube body according to a feeding amount of air, and allowing fine adjustment thereof.SOLUTION: A thickness adjustment device for a lubricant layer in a prefilled syringe includes: an insertion cylindrical shaft body A capable of being inserted into a barrel 2 and a flexible elastic tubular body B with which a distal end portion of the insertion cylindrical shaft body A is sheathed. The insertion cylindrical shaft body A is formed with air passages 30, 35, both end portions of the elastic tubular body B are fixed to the insertion cylindrical shaft body A, a gap space 41 is circularly formed between the inner circumferential face of a central portion of the elastic tubular body B and the distal end side outer circumferential face of the insertion cylindrical shaft body A, a diameter of the central portion outer surface of the elastic tubular body B is enlarged to a desired outside diameter by the feeding of air into the gap space 41, the outer surface removes an excess lubricant on the barrel 2 inner circumferential face, and a thickness of the lubricant layer 10 can be optionally set.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】潤滑剤層を所望の厚さに調整でき、調整作業が正確且つ迅速に行え、エアーの送給量に応じて、弾性筒体の中央部分の膨張(拡径)量を簡単に調整でき、その微調整も可能で、構成簡素で、耐久性に優れ、取扱い易く、量産し易く、経済的なプレフィルドシリンジに於ける潤滑剤層の厚さ調整装置を提供する。【解決手段】バレル2内に挿入可能な挿入筒軸体Aと、挿入筒軸体Aの先端部分に外装する伸縮自在な弾性筒体Bとを備え、挿入筒軸体Aにはエアー通路30、35を形成し、弾性筒体Bの両端部分を挿入筒軸体Aに固定し、弾性筒体Bの中央部分の内周面と挿入筒軸体Aの先端がわ外周面との間に隙間空間41を周設し、隙間空間41内へのエアーの送給で、弾性筒体Bの中央部分外表面が所望外径に拡径し、この外表面がバレル2内周面の余分な潤滑剤を除去して、潤滑剤層10の厚みを任意に設定できるよう構成する。【選択図】図1
