The present invention relates to a fishing weight for targeting a bottom layer, which is capable of preventing hooking of the fishing weight from an obstacle such as an underwater rock cracker in a step of collecting the casted fishing weight, and easily escaping from the obstacle in the hooking. The present invention comprises a shaft (1), a soft elastic bar (2), a pulling line (3), a front connecting ring (4), a back connecting ring (5), and a weight (6). The shaft (1) allows a series of components to be combined and acts as a lever and tumbling in the hooking. The soft elastic bar (2) is combined with a front part of the shaft (1) and is easily detached from the obstacle by being bent or thinly extended when stuck into the obstacle such as the rock cracker. The pulling line (3) is connected to a pin pulley (8) connected to a fishing original line (9) by being combined with the front connecting ring (4) and the back connecting ring (5), and prevents sticking of the fishing original line (9) from the obstacle such as the rock cracker by forming a pulling force point delivered from the fishing original line (9) above a horizontal surface of the shaft (1). The pulling line (3) escapes from the hooking with easy tumbling of the tumbling fishing weight by moving the pulling force point to an upper part of the horizontal surface (a backside of the shaft) depending on an angle of the shaft (1) changed by power delivered from the fishing original line (9) when the soft elastic bar (2) is inserted into the obstacle. To combine one side of the pulling line (3), the front connecting ring (4) is combined between a middle part of the shaft (1) and the soft elastic bar (2). The back connecting ring (5) is combined with a backside of the shaft to connect the other side of the pulling line (3) and connect a fishing needle.
