PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique to inject a pulsating current of appropriate force immediately after the start of the injection.SOLUTION: A fluid injection device for injecting fluid includes: an injection pipe with an opening to inject fluid a fluid chamber communicated with the injection pipe that accommodates fluid inside air bubble generation means for generating air bubbles in the fluid inside the fluid chamber a supply passage communicated with the fluid chamber opening/closing means provided in the supply passage for opening/closing the supply passage a fluid supply part for pressurizing the fluid and supplying the fluid to the fluid chamber through the supply passage and a drive control part for controlling the drive of the air bubble generation means.
