PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the brightness of the image of a subject proper while cooperatively performing brightness adjustment processings on the sides of a video scope and a processor.SOLUTION: In this endoscopic system enabling not only electronic shutter speed adjustment and gain processing as scope side brightness adjustment processing but also light-of-quantity adjustment and gain processing as processor side gain processing, the speed of an electronic shutter or the gain value of scope side gain processing is set and altered corresponding to an observation state. In the processor, the delay time related to the control signal output of the speed of the electronic shutter and the gain value is automatically measured in a frame unit at the time of starting. Then, during the brightness adjustment processing in the observation state, the processor side gain processing is executed in matching relation to the speed adjustment of the electronic shutter.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】ビデオスコープ側、プロセッサ側の明るさ調整処理を協調的に動作処理させながら、被写体像の明るさを適正な明るさに維持する。【解決手段】スコープ側明るさ調整処理として電子シャッタ速度調整、ゲイン処理が可能であり、プロセッサ側ゲイン処理として光量調整、ゲイン処理が可能な内視鏡装置において、観察状況に応じて電子シャッタ速度、あるいはスコープ側ゲイン処理のゲイン値を設定変更する。プロセッサにおいては、起動時に、電子シャッタ速度、ゲイン値の制御信号出力に関する遅延時間をフレーム単位で自動計測する。そして、観察中に明るさ調整処理を行う間、電子シャッタ速度調整に合わせてプロセッサ側ゲイン処理が実行される。【選択図】図1
