The waist elastics (60, 70) respectively include first waist elastics(61, 71) respectively disposed at the side of the outer end edges (201, 311) of the respective waist members (20, 30) and second waist elastics (62, 72) respectively disposed at the side of the inner end edges (202, 312) of the respective waist members (20, 30). The second waist elastics (62, 72) are respectively absent in regions (79f, 79b) of the liquid-absorbent structure (40A). Each of the elastic sheets (55f, 55b) includes lateral edges (55s) and an outer end edge (559) and an inner end edge (557). The inner end edge (557) is secured to the crotch member (40) at least in a center region (55c). When a tensile load (F) is applied between the lateral edges (55s), each of the elastic sheets (55f) and (55b) is deformed to constrict at least in the center region (55c) such that a dimension of the center region (55c) in the longitudinal direction (Y) becomes smaller than a dimension of each of the lateral edges (55s) in the longitudinal direction (Y).
