PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall surface decoration unit and a wall surface decoration panel having the same for decorating an indoor or outdoor wall surface with flower and plant patterns that enable a highly decorative ornament to be provided efficiently in a short period of time and the wall surface design to be readily changed partially or wholly, without relying on a person who possess a high skill for decorative art related to flowers and plants.SOLUTION: A wall surface decoration panel includes a wall surface decoration unit (10) having a frame body (11) of an enclosing form, and an artificial or fresh flower (20) or a fresh or simulated foliage plant (21) housed in the frame body (11), a grid-form frame member (50) capable of housing the frame body (11) of the wall surface decoration unit (10), and a fixing structure for fixing the frame member (50) on an indoor or outdoor wall surface (100).
