The present invention provides a panel for a wall, which does not require a separate installation space, is able to purify indoor air by generating plasma, and has an air purification function to easily maintain an indoor temperature, and a vehicle including the panel. The panel with an air purification function for a wall comprises: a first panel and a second panel, which form a structure supporting a wall, are arranged to be opposite to and overlap each other, and have a planar shape； an insulation layer interposed between the first panel and the second panel to block heat transfer between the first panel and the second panel； a heat generating film interposed between the first panel and the heat insulation layer and generating heat by being provided with electric power； an air purification unit installed in a reception space formed in the heat insulation layer and generating plasma to purify air； induction holes formed by passing through the first panel and supplying polluted air to the air purification unit； and exhaust holes formed by passing through the first panel and discharging clean air from the air purification unit.별도의 설치 공간을 필요로 하지 않고 플라즈마를 발생시켜 실내공기를 정화시킬 수 있으며, 실내온도 유지가 용이한 공기 정화 기능을 갖는 벽체용 패널 및 그를 포함하는 차량이 제공된다. 공기 정화 기능을 갖는 벽체용 패널은, 벽체를 지지하는 구조체가 되며 서로 대향하여 중첩 배치된 면 상의 제1 패널과 제2 패널과, 제1 패널과 제2 패널 사이에 개재되어 제1 패널과 제2 패널 사이에 열전달을 차단하는 단열층과, 제1 패널과 상기 단열층 사이에 개재되며 전력을 공급받아 발열하는 발열필름과, 단열층에 형성된 수용공간에 설치되며, 플라즈마를 발생시켜 공기를 정화하는 공기정화유닛과, 제1 패널이 관통하여 형성되며 공기정화유닛으로 오염된 공기를 공급하는 흡기구와, 제1 패널이 관통하여 형성되며 공기정화유닛으로부터 깨끗한 공기를 배출하는 배기구를 포함한다.
