The present invention relates to a fishing rod back rest comprising: a back rest support for fixing a rear portion of a fishing rod at a predetermined height； and a U-shaped fixing holder fixedly formed on an upper end of the back rest support in order to support the rear portion of the fishing rod, wherein left and right pressing operation pieces are provided at an upper end of each of left and right fixing holders of the U-shaped fixing holder so as to be rotatable with respect to hinges by means of the elasticity of torsion springs, so that when the rear portion of the fishing rod is inserted between the left and right fixing holders, the rear portion of the fishing rod can be inserted between the left and right fixing holders by elastically expanding and, at the same time, after the rear portion of the fishing rod is inserted between the left and right fixing holders, the left and right pressing operation pieces return to original positions thereof, thereby elastically pressing the rear portion of the fishing rod so that the rear portion of the fishing rod can remain safely supported on the fishing rod back rest.본 발명은 낚시대 뒷받침대에 관한 것으로, 낚시대의 뒷부분을 일정 높이로 고정시키기 위한 뒷받침지지대와, 상기 뒷받침지지대의 상단에 고정 형성되어 낚시대의 뒷부분을 받쳐주기 위한 U자형 고정거치대를 구비하고 있는 낚시뒷받침대에 있어서, 상기 U자형 고정거치대의 좌,우측 고정거치대 각각의 상단에는 토션스프링의 탄력에 의하여 힌지를 기점으로 회전가능하도록 설치되어 낚시대의 뒷부분이 좌,우측 고정거치대 사이로 삽입될 때는 탄력적으로 벌어지면서 낚시대의 뒷부분이 상기 좌,우측 고정거치대 사이로 삽입되는 것을 허용하는 동시에 상기 좌,우측 고정거치대 사이로 낚시대의 뒷부분이 삽입된 후에는 원위치로 복귀하여 낚시대의 뒷부분이 낚시뒷받침대에 안전하게 거치된 상태를 유지할 수 있도록 낚시대의 뒷부분을 탄력적으로 눌러주는 좌,우측 누름작동구가 형성되어 있도록 구성하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 발명이다.
