PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing reel capable of reducing line resistance at a fishing line guide part upon release of the fishing line, and preventing a clutch mechanism in the OFF state from erroneously returning to the ON state.SOLUTION: A fishing reel has: a fishing line guide 60 allowing a fishing line sent out from a spool to be inserted, and moving reciprocally between right and lent plates and a clutch mechanism 20 for switching the spool between the fishing line released state and the fishing line wound state. The fishing line guide 60 has an opening part which is wide in the right and left direction where the fishing line is positioned in the fishing line released state, and a fishing line guiding part which is narrow in the right and left direction where the fishing line is positioned in the fishing line wound state, and is supported rotatably in the front-to-back direction in linkage with the ON/OFF operation of the clutch mechanism 20. Further, an erroneous return prevention mechanism 80 for preventing the clutch mechanism 20 from erroneously returning to the ON state by rotation of the fishing line guide 60 when the clutch mechanism 20 is put into the OFF state, is provided between the fishing line guide 60 and the clutch mechanism 20.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】釣糸放出時の釣糸案内体部分での糸抵抗の軽減が図れ、OFF状態にあるクラッチ機構がON状態に誤復帰することを防止する魚釣用リールを提供する。【解決手段】魚釣用リールは、スプールから繰り出される釣糸を挿通させると共に、左右側板間で往復移動する釣糸案内体60と、スプールを釣糸放出状態と釣糸巻き取り状態に切り換えるクラッチ機構20とを有する。釣糸案内体60は、釣糸放出状態で釣糸が位置する左右方向に幅広の開口部と、釣糸巻き取り状態で釣糸が位置する左右方向に幅狭の釣糸案内部とを有するとともに、クラッチ機構20のON/OFF操作に連動して前後方向に回動可能に支持されている。また、釣糸案内体60とクラッチ機構20との間には、クラッチ機構がOFF状態となったときに、釣糸案内体60の回動でクラッチ機構20がON状態に誤復帰するのを防止する誤復帰防止機構80が設けられる。【選択図】図2
