A traction type body-turning aid suitably utilized for turning a human body over is disclosed, which comprises at least one sliding rail unit and a driving mechanism. The sliding rail unit can be arranged at interval above the human body, and comprises a sliding rail set. The sliding rail set comprises a rail and a sliding block movably disposed on the rail, in which the rail has a length sufficiently to traverse the human body, and the sliding block is capable of moving one side of the human body to the other side so as to turn over the human body. The driving mechanism connected with the sliding rail set is utilized to drive the sliding block for movement. The sliding block can be connected with the human body via a wire or other similar components as used in conventional approaches, so that the sliding block can be driven to move from one side of the human body to the other side and thus to turn over the human body.
