A thermo-beam surgery tool to stop the bleeding and treatment of septic foci relates to surgery. The thermo-beam surgery tool is mounted on a tubular handle, flexible hose is connected to the air supply, while in the inner cavity arm heating unit is coaxially mounted for air stream, which is a nichrome heating wire wound on ceramic capillary asspiral, the ends of which are soldered with copper current leads passing through flexible air hose, one end of which is connected to the service unit. The unit is heated in ceramic tube with at least one nozzle. The other end of the hose is connected to the air supply placed inside a metal protective tube distributor of air flow, which consists of a nozzle with flange and removable plastic cylindrical tube with a nozzle gloss. In the wall of the nozzle at least one radial hole is made. Nozzles have different geometric configurations of outlet and can be tilted away from the axis of the tool. Technical result: set of air flow consumtions and their accurate reproducing at such operations, maintaining their consistency over the operating cycle, using both sides of the tube nozzle, and the possibility to create different types of work stream - like a local, concentrated, and decompensated both vertically oriented and declined, thus enabling the use of one thermo-beam tool to perform a wide range of surgical procedures, even in remote places of operative field.Термоструменевий хірургічний інструмент для зупинення кровотечі та обробки гнійно-септичних вогнищ належить до хірургії.
