A Fish-plant symbiotic system, comprising: an incubator comprising a plant box (5) and a fish tank (1) communicated with the plant box (5); an environment monitoring device used for detecting information about an environment in which plants and fish are located; and an adjusting device used for adjusting the environment in which the plants and the fish are located. The information about the environment in which the plants and the fish are located can be monitored by the environment monitoring device. A control device (6) makes a judgment on the detected information about the environment according to preset environmental indexes; if the information does not accord with the environmental indexes, the control device (6) automatically controls the adjusting device to operate. When organisms dropping from root systems of the plants in the plant box (5) enter the fish tank (1), the fish can take food from the organisms and plankton in a nutrient solution, so that the problems of the growth of plankton in the nutrie
