PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stent delivery catheter which has a new structure for efficiently increasing fixing force of a stent relative to a balloon, and a manufacturing method of a stent delivery catheter.SOLUTION: In a stent delivery catheter 10, a stent 18 having a skeletal structure extending in a circumferential direction while folding in an axial direction is attached to a balloon 16 provided in a distal end part of a shaft 14 in an externally-inserted manner.
