The disclosure provides antibodies and antigen binding fragments thereof having binding specificity for Pituitary Adenylate Cyclase- Activating Polypeptide (PACAP). Antibodies and antigen binding fragments described herein bind to and/or compete for binding to the same linear or conformational epitope(s) on human PACAP. Further disclosed are the variable heavy (VH) chain, the variable light (VL) chain, and complementarity determining region (CDR) polypeptide sequences of the antibodies and antigen binding fragments thereof, and the polynucleotides encoding them. Further provided are conjugates of anti-PACAP antibodies and binding fragments thereof conjugated to one or more functional or detectable moieties.
