PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lipstick overcoat which has an effect of improving makeup retention when applied over lipstick, preventing color migration of the lipstick, and preventing color bleeding with the passage of time, together with an effect of preventing reduction in gloss of the lipstick due to an excellent homogeneity of a coating film and preventing a topical whiteness due to aggregation of fine powder.SOLUTION: The lipstick overcoat contains 85 mass% or more of perfluoropolyether, 0.2-10 mass% of silica and 0.0001-0.5 times by mass ratio of liquid oil to silica powder.
