The present invention relates to a medical device for the treatment of papilloma virus (HPV) skin infections, especially warts and related pathologies. In particular, the present invention relates to colloidal compositions, in particular to elastic colloids and comprising acetylsalicylic acid and compositions comprising acetylsalicylic acid and glycol.
