In the longitudinal direction (L), the central compressed groove (21) is provided to extend over a central line a-a in the region of the absorbent article (1) that contacts the excretion orifices. The posterior compressed grooves (22) to (24) are provided posterior to the central line a-a of the region contacting the excretion orifices in the longitudinal direction (L). The posterior ends (21B) of the central compressed groove (21) are provided posterior to the anterior ends (22F) of the posterior compressed groove (22) in the longitudinal direction (L). The posterior ends (21B) of the central compressed groove (21) are provided to the outside of the anterior ends (22F) of the posterior compressed groove (22) in the direction of width (W).
