The 3D landmark suggestion method includes: a step of receiving input information including volume information composed of voxels from a photographing apparatus； a step of receiving reference information corresponding to the attribute of the input information from a knowledge base database that manages and sets a landmark inputted by a user as reference information； a step of setting a landmark candidate region in the input information according to the reference information； a step of matching a voxel included in the reference information with input information in consideration of a deviation between voxels included in the landmark candidate region and a voxel included in the reference information； and a step of displaying a landmark candidate in a voxel matched with a voxel included in the reference information among the voxels included in the input information and suggesting a position to be inputted as a landmark.
