Disclosed is a method of preparing tropical mixed fruits candy containing banana, mango, pineapple and watermelon, milk, salt and calamansi (Citrofortunella microcarpa) juice. Said process comprising the following: washing and peeling the banana, mango, pineapple and water melon cutting the peeled fruits into small cubes blending the cut fruits with milk and calamansi (Citrofortunella microcarpa) juice using a blender cooking the blended mixture for 20 minutes molding the cooked mixture into desired pre-determined shape and size wrapping the molded candy using glassine paper packing the candy in a box, then label.
