PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous ophthalmic composition in which defoaming time is shortened and white turbidness is suppressed.SOLUTION: An aqueous ophthalmic composition includes (A) polyoxyethylene castor oil, and (B) at least one selected from the group consisting of imidazoline vasoconstrictor, neostigmine, salt of neostigmine, polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene block copolymer, and chlorobutanol. In the aqueous ophthalmic composition, defoaming time is shortened and white turbidness is suppressed.
