PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the occurrence of sudden change in physical condition. SOLUTION: A physical condition determination device 100 identifies a time when a sudden change in heartbeat appears from a time-series waveform of an index (heartbeat correspondence index) corresponding to heart rate variability by a heartbeat correspondence index calculation unit 110, and a blood pressure correspondence index calculation unit 120. The time when a sudden change in blood pressure appears is specified from the time-series waveform of the index corresponding to the blood pressure fluctuation (blood pressure correspondence index). The physical condition sudden change determination unit 130 is configured to determine that a sudden change in physical condition (sudden change in physical condition) has occurred when both appear within a predetermined time. As a result, it is possible to make a determination in consideration of a sudden change in heartbeat and a sudden change in blood pressure, and a sudden change in physical condition can be detected.
