Bone fragments of the hand are fixed with wires cantilevered into phalanges and metacarpal bones. Spokes are inserted across longitudinal axis of phalanxes and bodies of metacarpals and fixed on bearing supports of mini-Ilizarov apparatus, wherein spokes are fixed proximal and distal portion II metacarpal bone, proximal phalanx of II finger ray of hand and III metacarpal bone.
