PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable enhancement of workability in ridge formation by allowing the size of a ridge top former to be changed to conform to a low ridge and a high ridge, thereby eliminating the need to prepare two types of rotating ridge formers or two types of ridge top formers corresponding to the low and high ridges.SOLUTION: A rotating ridge former 13 comprises a ridge side former 15 capable of forming one side face W2 of a ridge W and a ridge top former 16 capable of forming a top face W1 of the ridge.
