Disclosed are an invisible radiography material for early tumour diagnosis and the preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: employing a biodegradable nanosphere to embed a medical contrast medium coupling a target molecule which specifically interacts with a tumour cell on the surface of the nanosphere and grafting a pH sensitive macromolecule which is a macromolecule compound contracted between pH 5.0-6.0.La présente invention concerne un matériau de radiographie invisible, destiné au diagnostic précoce dune tumeur et un procédé de préparation associé. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : lemploi dune nanosphère biodégradable afin dintégrer un produit de contraste médical le couplage dune molécule cible, qui interagit spécifiquement avec une cellule tumorale sur la surface de la nanosphère et la greffe dune macromolécule sensible au pH, qui est un composé de macromolécules contracté entre un pH de 5,0 à 6,0.
