PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grow a salt resistant Rhizopogon roseolus that can be used as an environmental remediation method, can grow vigorously in a salt damaged area like a disaster area of the tsunami, or can be used as a valuable food material.SOLUTION: A salt resistant Rhizopogon roseolus, progeny or mutant strain thereof deposited with the National Institute of Technology and Evaluation, National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology under the deposit number NITEP-02059, where salt-resistant mycelia were selected, and among the F1 strains crossed therewith, an extremely tolerant strain was selected and deposited.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】環境修復方法として使用でき、津波の被災地のような塩害地域での旺盛に生育可能であり、もしくは貴重な食材として利用できる耐塩性ショウロ菌株の育成。【解決手段】耐塩性菌糸体を選抜し、それらを交雑したＦ１菌株のなかから、選抜した極めて耐塩性の高い菌株で、独立行政法人製品評価技術基盤機構特許微生物寄託センターに寄託した、受託番号ＮＩＴＥＰ－０２０５９を付与された耐塩性ショウロ菌株又はその子孫もしくは変異株。【選択図】なし
