The invention relates to a method for disinfecting soils or other agricultural growing media, characterised by comprising the following steps: obtaining a soil or other agricultural growing medium at their field capacity； treating the soil or medium at the field capacity of the previous step with ozonated water, wherein the ozonated water is prepared in situ using ozone-production equipment connected to the water supply； allowing a period of time to pass after the treatment with ozone； and inoculating the disinfected soil or agricultural medium with at least one species of beneficial microorganism.Un método para desinfectar suelos u otros sustratos de cultivo agrícola, caracterizado porque comprende: obtener un suelo u otro sustrato de cultivo agrícola a su capacidad de campo； tratar el suelo o sustrato a capacidad de campo de la etapa anterior con agua ozonizada, donde el agua ozonizada se prepara in situ con un equipo de producción de ozono conectado al suministro de agua； dejar transcurrir un tiempo desde el tratamiento con ozono； e inocular el suelo o sustrato agrícola desinfectado con al menos una especie de microorganismo beneficioso.
