6,7-dihydro-5h-benzo[7]annulene derivatives, process for preparation thereof, pharmaceutical preparations comprising them, and the use thereof for production of medicaments
Disclosed are compounds of formula (I) that have a cycloheptene ring fused with benzene ring to form a substituted 5-H benzo-[7]annulene compound. The substituents are as disclosed in the specification. The disclosure relates to selective estragon receptor modulators (SERMs) and to processes for production thereof, to the use thereof for treatment and/or prophylaxis of disorders, and to the use thereof for production of medicaments for treatment and/or prophylaxis of disorders, more particularly of bleeding disorders, osteoporosis, endometriosis, myomas, hormone-dependent tumours, for hormone replacement therapy and for contraception. Examples of compounds of formula (I) are: 8-(3,4-Difluorophenyl)-9-{ 6-[(3-methoxypropyl) (3-[(4,4,5,5,5-pentafluoropentyl)sulphonyl]propyl} amino]hexyl} -6,7-dihydro-5H-benzo[7]annulen-3-ol； 4-Fluoro-8-(4-fluorophenyl)-9-[6-(methyl{ 3-[(4,4,5,5,5-pentafluoropentyl)sulphonyl]propyl} amino)hexyl]-6,7-dihydro-5H-benzo[7]annulen-3-ol and 4-Fluoro-8-(4-fluorophenyl)-9-[6-(methyl{ 3-[(3,3,4,4,4-pentafluorobutyl)sulphonyl]propyl} amino)hexyl]-6,7-dihydro-5H-benzo[7]annulen-3-ol.
