<;P>;PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated-type food-wrapping material comprising a heat-sealing synthetic resin layer as an outer layer and a fibrous material layer as an inner layer, having both of favorable transcriptional performance and firmly-sealing performance of an aqueous modifier at the same time when food is charged/packaged and cooked therein. <;P>;SOLUTION: The transcriptional food-wrapping material has the following structure: the fibrous layer and the heat-sealing synthetic resin layer are superimposed on each other via a heat-sealing intermediate resin layer; the aqueous modifier is attached to the fibrous layer; the fibrous layer has 100-400L/cm<;SP>;2<;/SP>;* time; and the heat-sealing intermediate resin has a solution index of 4-12g/10min: wherein the fibrous material layers, or the fibrous material layer and the synthetic resin layer can be heat-sealed in a cylindrical state through permeation of the heat-sealing melted resin into the fibrous material layer from the intermediate layer due to heating in such a condition that the fibrous material layer faces inside and the synthetic resin layer faces outside. <;P>;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
