According to the present invention, a medicine cartridge comprises: a case； a rotating disk； a guide； a passage control unit； and a rotation driving unit. The case stores medicines. The rotating disk is received in the case to be rotated around a vertical shaft in order to convey the medicine positioned on an upper surface to a medicine outlet of the case. The guide guides the medicine on the rotating disk to the medicine outlet. The passage control unit controls a size of a passage guiding the medicine to the medicine outlet with the guide together to correspond to the size of the medicine.
