PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum packaging bag which is suitable for maintaining gas barrier property that a film material has at high level when receiving physical stress.SOLUTION: Provided is the vacuum packaging bag comprising a film material as a partition wall for partitioning inside and outside, and the inside of the vacuum packaging bag is decompressed. The film material comprises a multilayer structure comprising a base material (X), a layer (Y), and a layer (Z) respectively one or more layers. The layer (Y) includes an aluminum atom, and the layer (Z) includes a polymer (E) including a monomer unit including a phosphorus atom. In the multilayer structure, at least one set of the layer (Y) and layer (Z) is laminated adjacently.
