PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suture that does not require a knot tying operation and is able to be firmly and stably sutured or to tightly contact, support and fix tissues.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a suture having a conic or pyramidal shape with a cut top, where a suture supporter comprising a communication hole penetrating both end portions is provided at one end.
