The present invention relates to an LED illumination lamp provided to reduce damage to products through shock absorption as a buffer pad is attached to a main body case and extended by a predetermined length and to have a pest control function. The LED illumination lamp comprises: a battery unit for storing power supplied from the outside； a light-emitting unit for receiving the power stored in the battery unit or power supplied from the outside and emitting light； the main body case for accommodating the light-emitting unit and the battery unit； a switching unit attached to one side of the main body case to selectively control on/off of the light-emitting unit and to control the brightness of the light-emitting unit； a diffusion cover coupled to a lower portion of the main body case by covering the light-emitting unit to diffuse the emitted light； and the buffer pad whose upper end surface is coupled along the lower end surface of the main body case and which emits a pest-repellent scent.본 발명은 본체 케이스에 일정 길이로 연장되게 완충 패드를 부착하여 충격 완화를 통해 제품의 파손을 줄임과 함께 해충 퇴치 기능을 갖도록 한 LED 조명장치에 관한 것으로서, 외부에서 공급되는 전원을 저장하는 배터리부와, 상기 배터리부에 저장된 전원 또는 외부에서 공급되는 전원을 공급받아 발광하는 발광부와, 상기 발광부 및 배터리부를 수납하는 본체 케이스와, 상기 본체 케이스의 일측면에 부착되어 상기 발광부의 ON/OFF를 선택적으로 제어함과 더불어 상기 발광부의 밝기를 조절하는 스위칭부와, 상기 본체 케이스의 하부에 결합되어 상기 발광부를 커버하면서 결합되어 발광된 빛을 확산시키는 확산커버와, 상기 본체 케이스의 하단면을 따라 상단면이 결합되고 해충 기피향을 발산하는 완충 패드를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
