PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more smoothly perform telescopic operation of a control lever by sliding movement of an inner cylinder.SOLUTION: The control lever includes the inner cylinder P2 with a plurality of engagement holes 80 formed at regular intervals along the longitudinal direction on the outer surface, and an outer cylinder P1 for storing the inner cylinder P2 in such a way as to freely insert or draw out the inner cylinder. A rotator 54 with a plurality of engagement pieces on the outer periphery to be engaged with the engagement holes 80 of the inner cylinder is rotatably supported to the outer cylinder P1 side. When the rotator 54 is rotated forward, the inner cylinder P2 is fed to the outer side of the outer cylinder P1 to extend the control lever.
