A measuring and compensating system of lower limb including two compensation adjusting devices, a plurality of sensing devices and a controlling unit is provided. The two compensation adjusting devices are corresponding to two feet of a subject and provide a foot supporting surface respectively to support the feet of the subject. The sensing devices are disposed on the two compensation adjusting devices respectively for providing a sensing information on the foot supporting surfaces. The controlling unit is for accepting the sensing information and an external information, and outputs a controlling signal to the two compensation adjusting devices according to the sensing information and the external information satisfy a compensating condition or not, and the compensation adjusting devices are adapted to adjust the heights and the leaning angles of the foot supporting surfaces according to the controlling signal.
