The machine (1) has a frame (6) including arms (4, 41) connected to a towing vehicle (2), so as to be moved in a working direction (T) from the rear towards the front. A rotor (10) equipped with spades (13) is rotatably mounted in the frame along an axis (X) perpendicular to the working direction.
