The present invention relates to a multipurpose fumigation sitz bath capable of performing fumigation bath therapy in many body parts. The present invention enables various fumigation therapy to be performed on many parts of a body by installing a main body which has: a hollow inside part into which a fumigation means is inserted a settlement support which is included in the upper part of the fumigation means, is installed to put a hand or a foot on, and has a fumigation passing unit corresponding to the size of the fumigation means so that gas passes therethrough without surface damage caused by heat of the fumigation bath means and an inlet which is formed by cutting one side of a wall in order to insert a hand or a foot in, wherein an attachable and detachable variable cover is installed in the upper part of the main body to be able to open a part or the whole or completely close the upper part according to parts to apply a fumigation bath.
