PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a breast fixing device and a mammographic radiation CT examination apparatus in which artifacts caused by a component for positioning breasts are reduced.SOLUTION: A breast fixing device 1 comprises a breast fixing part 11 and a positioning-fixing member 12, the positioning-fixing member 12 being out of an application range 23 of radiation when a breast 10a is photographed. A mammographic radiation CT apparatus 2 comprises: a gantry including a radiation source 21 and a radiation sensor 22 a cavity 24a which sets a human body 10 apart from the gantry and into which the breast is inserted from the outside and a positioning-fixing mechanism 25 being disposed in a peripheral of the cavity 24a.
