The present invention provides a complex formed by mixing parathyroid hormone (PTH) or the fragment teriparatide (PTH(1-34)) thereof, which both account for an osteopromotive mechanism, and a deoxycholic acid derivative (deoxycholic acid and lysine associate), which is an intestinal membrane permeability enhancer, at a molar ratio of 1 to 10 through ion-ion interaction therebetween, and an oral dosage form of parathyroid hormone comprising a gastrointestinal absorption enhancer, which is the complex in the form of enteric coated microparticles. Therefore, the oral dosage form enhances the intestinal membrane permeability and gastrointestinal absorption of PTH and thus is effective for the treatment of osteoporosis.La présente invention concerne un complexe formé par mélange d'hormone parathyroïdienne (PTH) ou de son fragment, le tériparatide (PTH(1-34)), qui sont tous deux à l'origine d'un mécanisme ostéopromoteur, et d'un dérivé d'acide désoxycholique (combinant acide désoxycholique et lysine), qui est un activateur de la perméabilité de la membrane intestinale, selon un rapport molaire de 1 à 10 par interaction ion-ion entre eux, et une forme posologique orale de l'hormone parathyroïdienne comprenant un activateur de l'absorption gastro-intestinale, qui constitue ledit complexe sous la forme de microparticules à enrobage entérique. Par conséquent, cette forme posologique orale améliore la perméabilité de la membrane intestinale et l'absorption gastro-intestinale de PTH et se révèle donc efficace pour le traitement de l'ostéoporose.본 발명은 골형성 촉진 기전의 부갑상선 호르몬(PTH) 혹은 이의 단편인 테리파라타이드(PTH(1-34))에 장관막 투과증진제인 데옥시콜산 유도체(데옥시콜산과 라이신의 결합체)를 1대 10의 몰비율로 혼합하여 이온-이온 상호작용에 의해 형성되는 복합체 및 상기 복합체를 장용성 물질로 코팅한 미립자 형태의 제제인 위장관 흡수증진제를 함유하는 부갑상선 호르몬의 경구 투여 제형을 제공한다. 따라서 PTH의 장관막 투과율 및 위장관 흡수를 증진시킴으로써 골다공증 치료에 효과적이다.
