The member may include at least one lumen configured to be fluidly coupled to a vacuum source and to receive a medical tool therethrough. The member may be configured to transition between a compressed configuration and an expanded configuration, wherein in the expanded configuration, the distal end may have a larger cross-sectional area than the proximal end.
