<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide antiallergic compositions and skin-lightening compositions, containing a lactobacillus fermentation extracts provided by using beans, rooibos tea or rose as the raw material and fermenting the raw material. <；P>；SOLUTION: The antiallergic composition comprises lactobacillus fermentation composition prepared by inoculating the lactobacillus on a medium containing at least one of soybean, red been and rooibos tea and fermenting and culturing. The whitening composition comprises lactobacillus fermentation composition obtained by inoculating the lactobacillus belonging to the genus Lactobacillus on a medium containing at least one of rooibos tea and rose and fermenting and culturing or by inoculating the lactobacillus belonging to the genus Leuconostoc or Lactobacillus casei subsp. casei on a medium containing soybean and fermenting and culturing.
