PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a movement support apparatus enabling a person who has difficulty in standing up because of weak muscle strength or a person who may possibly fall down during walking even if he/she can stand up, such as an elderly person, to stand up by himself/herself by lifting up his/her body and to walk.SOLUTION: The movement support apparatus includes: a reverse input preventing means capable of preventing a users body from slipping down even if the user releases a hand force for pulling a rope in liftdown operation and a friction force generating means capable of preventing a sudden fall by generating a friction force increasing/decreasing in accordance with the magnitude of a gripping force applied to the rope by hand only by adding a little force to the hand in pulling the rope in lowering operation.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】高齢者など、筋力が弱いために立ち上がり動作が難しい人や、立ち上がることができても、歩行時に転倒する危険性の高い人が、自分の力で自分を吊り上げて立ち上がり、歩行することを可能とする移動支援装置を得ることを目的とする。【解決手段】吊り上げ動作時にロープを引く手の力を抜いても体がずり落ちることを防止することのできる逆入力防止手段と、下降動作時にロープを引く手に少しの力を加えておくだけで、ロープに手で加えた把持力の大きさに従って増減する摩擦力が発生し、急激な落下を防止することのできる摩擦力発生手段を備えた。【選択図】図1
