The present invention relates to an order impression tray (1) for a dental implant abutment, wherein the dental implant abutment has a top fitted to the exterior shape of a corresponding tooth, is thin in thickness, and comprises a protruding unit formed in the outer top end thereof to not separate an impression material from the order impression tray of an abutment when an impression body is removed from the mouth during impression taking； and a pressing unit (2) formed in the bottom end of the protruding unit and having a bent part (3) formed to be upwardly and downwardly bent on the overall bottom surface thereof, wherein the same is formed a little longer than a finish line of the abutment so as to obtain an impression by pressing the gum and exposing the finish line of the abutment dipped in the gum to the outside thereof. Multiple hanging projections such as sawteeth are formed in the bottom end of the pressing unit (2), and a concavo-convex surface is roughly formed on the overall inner top surface of the hanging projections to obtain an impression, so that the impression body can be easily separated while being adhered on the order impression tray of the abutment.본 발명은 치과 임플란트 어버트먼트의 주문인상트레이에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 치아가 빠진 상/하악골에 치아 대체용으로 식립한 인공치근(implant) 위에 고정되는 상부 보철물을 기공과정에서 완성하기 위하여 어버트먼트(Abutment)의 주문형 인상트레이(Impression tray)를 제작하여 치과에 납품하되, 치과에서 정확한 인상을 체득할 수 있도록 한 치과 임플란트 어버트먼트용 주문인상트레이의 위치 유도 구조에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 환자가 주문인상트레이를 무는 힘에 상관없이 일정하고 정확하며 안정된 인상을 채득할 수 있도록 하는데 그 목적이 있다.본 발명은 주문 인상트레이의 압박부 내부 하단에 가이드 돌출부가 형성되어 있어 압박부가 잇몸을 압박하여 어버트먼트의 피니쉬 라인이 노출되게 한 다음 가이드 돌출부가 노출된 어버트먼트의 피니쉬라인에 걸려 고정된 상태에서 인상을 채득하게 되므로 정밀하고 정확한 인상을 채득할 수가 있다.그리고 본 발명은 주문 인상트레이의 압박부 내부 하단에 일체로 형성되고, 압박부의 끝 부분보다 상측에 형성된 가이드 돌출부로 인하여 환자의 잇몸을 일정한 압력으로 압박하게 되므로 환자가 필요 이상으로 통증을 느끼는 것을 방지할 수가 있는 유용한 발명이다.
