PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag for agricultural chemicals which can both improve strength of packaging materials and maintain airtightness with increases of contents amount, and an agricultural chemical packaging method.SOLUTION: A packaging bag for agricultural chemicals includes: an outer packaging body made of paper with resin reinforcement materials adhered inside； and an inner packaging body which is formed by a non-moisture-permeable sheet and can be filled with granular, powdery or liquid agricultural chemicals.
