PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ultrasonic diagnostic equipment that can create delay data taking into account the deflection of an ultrasonic wave in an ultrasonic propagation channel without increasing an amount of calculation significantly.SOLUTION: In the ultrasonic diagnostic equipment, a controller 46 and a memory 42 are provided for each vibration element. A delay value arithmetic unit 50 obtains a plurality of delay values corresponding to a plurality of reception focuses according to a formula that does not take into account the deflection of an ultrasonic wave. A correction value for taking into account the deflection of an ultrasonic wave is calculated beforehand, and it is stored in a correction value memory 52. The correction value is added to each delay value in an adder 54. A corrected delay value is thereby acquired.
