Проводят ультразвуковое исследование (УЗИ) четырехглавой мышцы в нижней трети бедра до разгибания и в момент разгибания конечности, а также в верхней трети бедра в моменты отведения и приведения конечности. При визуализации на экране минимальных движений трех головок мышцы по отношению к прямой головке в нижней трети и (или) при наличии движений латеральной головки по отношению к прямой головке в верхней трети бедра диагностируют парез четырехглавой мышцы бедра. При отсутствии движений головок в верхней и нижней трети бедра диагностируют паралич четырехглавой мышцы бедра. Способ позволяет повысить достоверность дифференциальной диагностики, что достигается за счет выявления движений трех головок четырехглавой мышцы по отношению к ее прямой головке. 2 пр.
